At Perilla Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original luxury packaging and ensure all brand tags and protective adhesive strips are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
